BBVA is a global company with more than 160 years of history that operates in more than 25 countries where we serve more than 80 million customers. We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers.

Learn more about the area

We are looking for an ambitious professional with judgment and an independent mindset to join the team that will shape a new Multi Family Office. The Multi-Family Office is a newly created specialized unit oriented toward providing comprehensive strategic advisory services to clients, focused on the long-term organization, preservation, and growth of wealth, with autonomy of judgment and management. The unit operates as an independent subsidiary 100% owned by BBVA. The position offers the opportunity to participate in the creation and development of a project from its beginnings, which entails both the appeal of building the area from scratch and the challenge of adapting to an environment and processes currently being defined, while having the backing of the entity.

Guarantee the execution of transversal operations and support the business development of the MFO. The professional will act as an agile and integrating link between the subsidiary and the corporate areas of the parent group, demonstrating solid transversal knowledge of the different functions of the organization to ensure process efficiency and rigorous budgetary control. Likewise, they will be a key piece providing quantitative and organizational support in the development of the MFO's value proposition, contributing their knowledge of the wealth management ecosystem to prepare technical and commercial presentations, and ensuring the operational rollout of new initiatives to achieve progressive consolidation and sustainable long-term business development.

What you'll do

  • Channel the company's relationship with the group's areas, providing deep transversal knowledge to guarantee fluid, cohesive, and integrating communication with the Talent and Culture (TyC), Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Actively support the compliance and correct implementation of the internal control framework, continuously ensuring that the subsidiary's operations, projects, and processes align with the guidelines, policies, and requirements of Compliance and Legal Services (SSJJ).
  • Rigorously control the budget and accounting, ensuring that invoicing, expenses, and reports comply with the required deadlines and formats.
  • Prepare executive deliverables and dashboards, providing precise quantitative metrics and insights for business control.
  • Ensure the integral functioning of the subsidiary in its day-to-day operations, assuming, facilitating, and resolving in a practical manner all the operational and organizational tasks necessary for a small structure to function with maximum efficiency and agility.
  • Perform high-level technical and commercial presentations to support the development and communication of the MFO's value proposition, actively participating in the preparation of proposals for opportunities within the wealth management field.
  • Provide technical and analytical support in the design of new services and in the definition of commercial approaches, translating business requirements into operational solutions.
