We are looking for a Manager profile with high motivation, autonomy, communication and leadership skills, with knowledge of the tools and architectures we manage in T&C, mainly Workday; valuable knowledge of Cornerstone, Service Now, GAE (Google application engine), WordPress, etc. will be considered.

What you'll do

We require skills in the E2E management of T&C Projects:

Knowledge of WD development and configuration. Certifications will be valued.
Definition of technological solutions aligned with the business and Engineering strategy of the group.
Capacity for teamwork and autonomy in the performance of their duties.
Autonomous interlocution with end users of different disciplines with experience in the management of complete technology projects.
Coordination with functional teams.
Participation and monitoring in the project lifecycle.
Participation in the definition of the functional and technical solution.
