Education & certifications

Professional experience: Between 3 and 4 years of experience in product development, strategy, or consulting within the financial, banking, or fintech sector.
Academic background: University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Industry knowledge: Solid understanding of the business implications of Digital Assets.
Management and analysis: Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and rigorous management of complex projects.
Communication and influence: Ability to structure complex ideas and communicate effectively with interlocutors from various functional areas and geographies.
Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 level), with fluency for negotiation and project presentation.
Motivation: Curiosity for financial innovation and a clear commitment to the development of the Business and Corporate business.

The area is responsible for the development of the global digital assets business, including the design, structuring, and execution of solutions based on tokenized money, asset tokenization, and cryptocurrencies. Our goal is to drive the growth of this business transversally across different geographies and client segments, positioning digital assets as a key pillar in transactional, investment, and market infrastructure solutions.

What you'll do

Actively participate in the design, development, and execution of the Digital Assets product strategy.
Define the integral (end-to-end) value proposition for clients: identification of needs, analysis of product alternatives, pricing models, and competitive strategy, working in close collaboration with the Business and Technology units in CIB and Corporate Banking.
Lead the transversal coordination of multinational projects, interacting with global areas such as Technology, Legal Services, Design, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance.
Guarantee the fulfillment of project milestones in a timely and proper manner, respecting the assigned budget and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the business key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on revenue generation, adoption levels, client penetration, and operational efficiency.
