What we're looking for
- We are looking for graduates with a higher degree (bachelor's or double degree) with a graduation date between 2025 and 2027 (both inclusive).
- Academic degree: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Engineering, double degrees, or other legal, scientific, or technological disciplines, with interest and knowledge in the economic-financial field.
- Academic Record: Have an excellent academic record.
- Work Experience: Prior work experience is not required, although internships or previous jobs will be positively valued.
- Languages: Spanish and English (C1).
- You have a global mindset (interest in intercultural exposure is favorable).
- You are willing to learn and develop your profile, experimenting with new ideas with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain constant communication across different regions and business areas.
- Proactivity, analytical capability, a problem-solving mindset, and critical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of databases and familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools, with an interest in applying them in professional environments.
- You align with BBVA's purpose and values.

- International Assignment: Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to complete an international stay of 4 to 6 weeks at one of BBVA's global headquarters.
- Master's/postgraduate degree (desirable): Postgraduate training in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Models, Actuarial Sciences, FinTech, or related fields will be valued.

The "Be Talent BBVA: Global Seed Program" is an initiative designed for recent graduates. Over 24 months, you will work on diverse projects, rotating every 6 months through different key functional areas and roles at our Ciudad BBVA headquarters in Madrid.

How you'll work
- Permanent full-time contract, starting in March or September 2027 depending on candidate availability.
- Hybrid working model (blended): 60% in-person and 40% remote per quarter.
- Ciudad BBVA, Madrid.
- Cross-functional Experience and Vision: The rotations will allow you to integrate into different teams, learn about various areas and businesses, and gain a global perspective of the bank while developing your capabilities.
- Comprehensive Professional Development:
- You will have access to specific training and work in multidisciplinary teams.
- You will develop your skills to adapt to different work environments and build a solid professional network.
- Guidance and Mentoring:
- You will be part of the "BE TALENT BBVA" community, with a "buddy" assigned even before you start the program.
- You will receive support from a dedicated mentor.
- You will receive continuous feedback on your performance.
- Future Prospects: Upon completion of the program, you will have a cross-functional vision and a distinctive experience to continue developing your career within BBVA.
- Application period: From October 26th to November 4th.
- Online tests (psychometric and English evaluation): Until November 17th.
- English verification tests: From November 19th to November 27th.
- Interview with the Talent & Culture / Talent Acquisition team: From November 30th to December 11th.
- Invitations to the Talent Challenge: Week of December 15th.
- Talent Challenge (Group Dynamics - In-person at Ciudad BBVA): Thursday, January 28th, 2027.
- Interviews with T&C Front: From February 1st to February 12th.
- Interviews with Business Units / Departments: From February 15th to February 26th.
- Confirmation of selected candidates: Last week of February - early March.
- Program Start / Onboarding: March or September 2027 (depending on candidate availability).
