What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience in project management, project coordination, Supply Chain, planning or innovation implementation.
2 to 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred. High-potential junior profiles may also be considered.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance analysis and execution.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills and fluent English are required.

Nice to have

Knowledge of 5S, SMED, Fishbone Analysis, Root Cause Analysis or similar methodologies is highly valued.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
Electromechanical knowledge or experience is highly valued.
Knowledge of Power BI or project management tools is a plus.

The role

Are you passionate about project coordination, innovation and Supply Chain? We are looking for a Launch & Re-launch Coordinator to support the successful implementation of product launches, relaunches, product changes and innovation projects within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Production, Technical, Quality, Material Management, Controlling, Safety and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate product launch and relaunch projects from a factory perspective.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manage project milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
Ensure effective communication and alignment among local and global stakeholders.
Coordinate the implementation of new products, product changes and innovation initiatives.
Support Value Engineering and continuous improvement initiatives when applicable
