SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process consulting.
• Demonstrable experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of different SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
• Experience in analysis, definition, and improvement of business processes.
• Ability to coordinate integrations with SAP and follow up on functional support.
• Possession of an official SAP SuccessFactors certification oriented towards the Human Resources (HR) area.
• Experience in requirement gathering and managing meetings with key users.
• Ability to communicate with management profiles and participate in committees.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Autonomy, customer orientation, and the ability to work with different business areas.

Additional experience in other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Succession, Time Tracking, People Analytics, or others will be valued.

We are currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a stable, long-term project for a renowned client.

📍 Location: A Coruña.

💻 Modality: Hybrid, 40% remote work

🕒 Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30
• Friday from 08:00 to 14:45
• Intensive working day in summer
• 💼 Full-time

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a global vision of the tool and the ability to work with different modules. It will be especially important to have experience in Employee Central and Performance & Goals.

• Analysis, definition, and optimization of business processes in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Requirement gathering with functional areas, key users, and department heads.
• Participation in transformation and process improvement projects.
• Coordination of process mapping and integration with SAP.
• Monitoring and coordination of the functional support part.
• Preparation of functional documentation and monitoring of implementations.
• Coordination with technical and functional teams.
• Preparation of executive presentations and participation in committees.
• Direct communication with management profiles, business, and key stakeholders.
