The role

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join the technology team of a leading company in the FMCG sector in Barcelona. The professional will be responsible for leading and executing projects related to the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors.

What you'll do

Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules within the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs and propose customized solutions.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors according to business requirements.
Provide technical and functional support to end users.
Perform functional analyses and document processes related to SAP SuccessFactors.
Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other company technology systems.
Ensure the quality of implementations and the efficient resolution of incidents.
Participate in user training to maximize the use of implemented tools.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its various modules.
Experience in technology system implementation projects, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
