Financial Analyst Controlling/FP&A (Industrial Groups)

• Financial Analyst with 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, management or strategy consulting, corporate finance, M&A, or transaction services, ideally in multinational industrial groups (construction materials, manufacturing, energy, or similar).
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in multi-country and multi-currency environments.
• Track record of leading projects from start to finish and presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Advanced Excel and excellent PowerPoint skills.
• English and Spanish: advanced

• MBA or Master's in Finance.
• Knowledge of SAP (FI and CO-PA).
• Experience as a user or key user of EPM tools (OneStream, Oracle EPM, Tagetik, Anaplan, SAP BPC/SAC), especially in implementation projects.
• Power BI.
• Portuguese.
• Previous experience in Big Four, strategic consulting, investment banking, or corporate FP&A departments.

We are looking for a Controlling/FP&A Financial Analyst with ideally experience in industrial groups to expand one of our teams in Sant Vicent del horts, Barcelona.

• Prepare and analyze the monthly closing and management reporting for Group Management.
• Perform analytical control by business unit and region.
• Coordinate the rolling forecast, the Budget, and the Medium-Term Plan, including long-term projections and analysis for investor relations.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for new projects, investments, innovation, divestments, and M&A.
• Identify operational efficiencies and savings opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Act as a key user in the design and implementation of the Group's new EPM system.
• Continuously improve processes, reporting, and analysis and planning tools.
