• Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
• At least 2 years of previous experience coordinating validation activities for technicians.
• Technical knowledge in electronics and electronic components.
• Previous experience in electronic validation projects within the printing sector.
• Fluent English.

We are looking for an AOS Team Lead (electronics) to lead, within the operations area, electronic validation and testing, coordinating a technical team and ensuring the quality, reliability, and correct functioning of electronic equipment and systems.

• Manage an AoS/EoL change from start to finish.
• Ensure that the new component is validated and incorporated into production on time.
• Coordinate technicians in collaboration with factories and the purchasing, quality, and engineering teams.
• Report to and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify which products, PCAs, and factories are affected.
• Evaluate the risk posed by the change.
• Drive decision-making and the escalation of incidents.
• Provide support to production control processes.
