We are looking for a 3D Modeling Coordinator in SP3D (SmartPlant 3D) to expand one of our teams in Madrid or Bilbao.

What you'll do

Technical and organizational coordination of a team of SP3D modelers.
Management of multidisciplinary design teams (minimum 10 people), Supervise and coordinate design teams, fostering collaboration and a good working environment.
Supervision of modeling quality and compliance with project standards.
Direct interface with the client for technical follow-up, reporting, and resolution of issues.
Coordination of interfaces between disciplines (piping, structures, equipment, etc.).
Support in planning and assigning resources for the modeling team.
SP3D administration (catalog management, project configuration, and database control).

Requirements

Minimum experience of 10 years in team coordination with SP3D on industrial projects.
Demonstrable experience in coordinating design teams of more than 10 people.
Minimum English level B2, essential for client interaction.
Availability for occasional travel to France (monthly in-person meetings).
