We are looking for a Data Analytics Project Manager to join the team of one of our main clients within the industrial sector.

Job Mission: Lead and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives from start to finish, ensuring their correct planning, monitoring, and execution. The position combines project management with data analysis, transforming information into actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement. You will work transversally with different areas and management levels, driving alignment between teams, the monitoring of indicators, and the achievement of business objectives.

• Manage projects from end to end, ensuring compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and objectives.
• Coordinate initiatives and working sessions with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collect and consolidate inputs from different stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive reporting for management.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and financial metrics associated with projects.
• Define, maintain, and supervise work plans, schedules, and execution calendars.
• Lead follow-up meetings with autonomy and the ability to communicate at different organizational levels.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and corrective actions to guarantee the success of initiatives.
• Drive improvements in processes, tools, and working methodologies.

• You will be able to work in a hybrid model at the Sant Cugat del Vallès office. Good communication via public transport and free parking within the facilities.

• Experience in Project Management, managing projects from end to end.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of planning, project monitoring, and schedule management.
• Financial background, with experience in costs, budgets, or economic metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously, with initiative and a results orientation.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and leading meetings.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent level of Spanish and English.

• Experience in multinational and matrix corporate environments.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar).
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and budget control.
• Experience in PMO, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives.
