We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Data & BI) to join the team of one of our main clients within the industrial sector.

What you'll do

Lead the data project from end to end: scope, roadmap, milestones, resources, and budget.
Define and manage data requirements (DRD) together with the business and technical teams.
Manage the solution as a data product: sources, data model, quality, governance, and consumption.
Coordinate Data/IT teams, operations, finance, and external partners from different countries.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations (RAID).
Prepare and present status reports and executive reviews at Director/VP level, and manage difficult conversations with stakeholders.

How will I do it?

You will have a permanent contract and flexible hours
You will be able to work in a hybrid model at the Sant Cugat del Vallès office. Good communication via public transport and free parking within the facilities.
You will have a PC and the necessary peripherals for your work.
You will work in an international environment.

Requirements

More than 8 years of experience, with a demonstrable track record leading complex Data/BI projects from end to end (data platform, data warehouse or data lake, source integration).
Hands-on knowledge of data products, DRDs, data architecture, quality, and data governance.
Solid project management: planning, governance, risks, and budget.
Experience presenting at VP level and managing senior stakeholders.
English C1 (the environment is global)

Valuable requirements

PMP, Prince2, or similar certification.
Experience in operations, supply chain, after-sales, or cost control.
Experience in data projects with SAP as a source and/or with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data or similar).
Multinational and multi-country environments.
