Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration, Drafting, or related studies; a related Diploma is also valid.
  • 3–4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in engineering, industry, or similar environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in drafting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level).
  • Handling of documentary databases.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Good communication, teamwork, organization, discipline, and stress management skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in multidisciplinary projects.
  • Knowledge of specific document control standards in engineering.

At BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, the Industrial Installations division of the BETWEEN Technology Group, we continue to grow and expand our team, betting on the best talent.

We get involved in a wide variety of projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are selecting a new colleague to join us as a Drafter / Document Controller for engineering projects located in Huelva, with an expected duration of 6 months and the possibility of extension. The selected person will be responsible for managing the project's technical documentation, ensuring its quality and traceability, coordinating vendor documentation, and supporting the engineering teams. Likewise, they will perform small drafting tasks and provide support in administrative tasks related to the projects area.

What you'll do

  • Manage the technical documentation of the projects, guaranteeing its correct classification, traceability, and updating.
  • Control and verify the quality of documents according to internal procedures and Document Management standards.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor documentation.
  • Prepare documentation for transmission to the client and for the preparation of final Engineering and Vendor books.
  • Collect information and prepare reports associated with the documentary status of the project.
  • Provide support to project directors and engineers in the necessary documentary and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings when required.
  • Perform small drafting tasks to support the technical team.
  • Support general office tasks related to the projects area.
