Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in engineering and/or construction projects.
Experience in EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
Experience in the use of EDMS (document management systems).
High level of English.
High level of Spanish.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to interact directly with the client and manage project document flows.
Availability for immediate start.
Availability to work 100% on-site.

We provide support across a wide range of sectors, including Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, Civil Works, and many more. In addition, we develop custom technology solutions from our BETWEEN Labs.

We are looking for a Document Controller for industrial sector projects to manage documentation and internal coordination.

What you'll do

Manage the receipt of documentation through the EDMS.
Upload documentation to the client's document platform.
Launch and track review and approval workflows.
Prepare document tracking reports (document reporting).
Manage the MDR (Master Document Register).
Provide daily support and assistance to client users.
Manage project document flows.
Interact directly with the client, both in person and remotely.
