What we're looking for

Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools, such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience leading process optimization initiatives, with measurement and reporting of tangible results.
Proven collaborative and effective communication skills, to coordinate cross-functional improvements with different areas of the organization.

Nice to have

Valuable certification in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher), with experience applying these tools in real projects.

We are looking for a Methods and Processes Engineer to join one of our teams in Zaragoza.

What you'll do

Support for the creation and maintenance of line documentation (parameter sheets, instructions...
Manage / Install poka-yokes on assembly lines
Assist with layout changes planned in the spare parts area.
Participate in Hoshin actions.
Lead small modifications and monitor production indicators.
