Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher degree) in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related specialties.
Minimum of 3 years of experience performing mechanical adjustment functions in industrial environments.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving mechanical breakdowns.
Experience in format changes and setup of industrial machinery.
Knowledge of industrial mechanics.

Nice to have

Experience in packaging lines, graphic arts, or cardboard transformation processes is valued.
Experience using maintenance management and recording tools is valued

We are selecting a Mechanical Adjustment and Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team of one of our main clients, a company specialized in packaging solutions and cardboard transformation.

What you'll do

Guarantee the correct functioning of production lines through mechanical adjustments, settings, and format changes.
Perform the setup and configuration of industrial machinery to ensure quality and productivity standards.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns, minimizing production downtime. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.
Provide technical support to production teams in the resolution of operational incidents.
Collaborate in the training of operators to perform basic adjustments and autonomous maintenance activities.
Guarantee operational continuity through the timely coverage of line positions when necessary.
Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas following 5S standards.
Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Record maintenance actions and ensure the correct handover of information between shifts using corporate tools (Excel, MAPEX, among others).

How you'll work

Rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.
