The role

BETWEEN Technology is incorporating a Senior Mold Engineer for its Mobility & Transportation unit, as part of a product industrialization project with a Tier 1 client in the automotive sector. We are looking for a senior profile, with extensive experience and solid technical knowledge of molds, who can become a benchmark and technical leader in this area.

The position is primarily carried out in a technical office environment, with availability to also be on-site and work directly with production teams. There will be contact with teams outside of Spain, so English is essential.

What you'll do

You will contribute your technical knowledge of molds as a benchmark in the area.
You will work mainly in a technical office environment, with a presence on the plant floor and direct collaboration with production teams when necessary.
You will coordinate with teams located outside of Spain, in English.
You will have the opportunity to assume technical leadership and, in the future, manage a team of 4-5 people, some of whom will be outside of Spain.
