Requirements

What we're looking for

2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial or automotive environment.
Practical experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in plastic injection environments.
Repair, adjustment, and commissioning of injection machines and associated peripherals.
Programming and adjustment of industrial robots, and diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic faults.
Course and accreditation in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health).
Native Spanish or very high level.

The role

BETWEEN Technology is incorporating an Injection Maintenance Technician for its Mobility & Transportation unit, as part of a project with a Tier 1 client in the automotive sector. We are looking for a profile with practical experience in the maintenance of plastic injection machines, robots, and peripheral equipment, who wants to ensure maximum availability, efficiency, and quality of the equipment.

You will work on-site, alongside the production, quality, engineering, and environment teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

What you'll do

Repair and perform corrective maintenance on injection machines.
Repair and maintain industrial robots: program them and adjust robot hands according to the reference and the production process.
Repair the sensors and the electrical/electronic parts of peripheral equipment (temperature controllers, feeders, grinders, vision systems, etc.).
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on injection machines, robots, and peripherals, following defined plans and checklists.
Document interventions in digital systems (SAP, Excel, or others) to ensure traceability and analyze recurring faults.
Propose and implement improvements in production means and maintenance processes.
Participate in the installation, adjustment, and commissioning of new equipment, and provide technical support during shutdowns, shift changes, product launches, and mold testing.
Train operators, setters, and production personnel in the safe handling of machines and robots.
Comply with safety, risk prevention, and environmental protocols, and keep the work area orderly.
