• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar.
• Knowledge of electric motors, drives, and frequency inverters.
• Basic knowledge of power electronics and electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical transmission via pulleys, belts, and gearboxes.
• Academic or professional experience in testing, validation, or commissioning of industrial equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Technical English level to interpret documentation and communicate with suppliers.

• Valuable experience in EMC testing, CE certifications, and machinery regulations.

We are looking to hire a Junior Electromechanical Validation Engineer, Motors and Inverters

• Participate in the definition and sizing of motor-inverter systems for industrial machinery.
• Define technical specifications for electric motors, including dimensions, windings, and performance.
• Collaborate in the selection of motors, inverters, and associated peripherals.
• Define and validate mechanical transmission systems (pulleys, belts, gearboxes, etc.).
• Perform functional tests and bench testing to validate the performance of motors and drives.
• Parameterize and commission inverters and frequency drives.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate and perform activities related to Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing.
• Manage the preparation of equipment, logistics, and monitoring of tests conducted in external laboratories.
• Participate in product certification processes and the monitoring of technical documentation.
• Analyze customer and after-sales service incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
• Document results, incidents, and action plans.
