• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering offices, industrial plants, or assembly/installation companies.
• Experience in industrial environments or plant engineering (chemical, process, or industrial installations).

We are looking for a Senior Plant 3D Designer to join one of our teams. The candidate must have strong knowledge in mechanics (piping, equipment, structures), but with an interest in working with and understanding other disciplines (civil, electrical, instrumentation).

• Carry out on-site data collection, including measurements and field surveys, to validate the technical feasibility of solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings for mechanical and civil modifications (piping, supports, structures, and auxiliary works).
• Develop and update P&IDs according to modifications made on site.
• Generate technical installation instructions based on sketches and visual support for field execution.
• Support technical supervision on site, verifying that external designs match the actual plant conditions and applicable standards.
• Coordinate and adjust designs with external engineering firms when necessary.
• Develop basic approaches for cost estimation and support detailed engineering requests.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings (cable trays, terminal blocks, interconnections, and cabling) for power and control systems.
• Maintain and update electrical schematics in specialized tools, ensuring standardization (E-Plan).
• Lead the organization, digitalization, and maintenance of the As-Built technical archive.
• Standardize technical solutions and create material libraries to homogenize design criteria and installation quality.
• Provide multidisciplinary support in plant design, integrating mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines.

• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD P&ID or ability to learn.
• Experience in piping design: routing, isometrics, valve and fitting selection.
• Advanced knowledge of structures: supports, platforms, reinforcements, and racks.
• Practical knowledge of civil works: foundations, trenches, culverts, anchors, and basic foundations.
• Technical capability in E&I at the drafting level:
• Layout drawings.
• Cable routing.
• Electrical schematics in E-Plan.
• Material take-offs.
• Multidisciplinary integration capability (mechanical, civil, and electrical/instrumentation).
