What you'll do

Lead product quality during development (FMEA, control plan, validations).
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
Manage product approvals and validations (DVP/PVT, EE/EMC and environmental tests).
Coordinate prototypes, tests, and deliveries with testing teams.
Manage product changes and maintain documentation and traceability.
Participate in design reviews and collaborate with engineering teams (mechanical, hardware, and software).
Support industrialization alongside manufacturing and contribute to improving product quality and cost.
Maintain the relationship with the technical customer and propose continuous improvements (benchmarking, lessons learned).

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience with mechatronic products.
Knowledge and experience with injection-molded plastics.
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
Knowledge of quality tools and technical documentation.
