Industrial Digital Deployment and Process Manager

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in IT project management in an SAP environment, indicating projects, responsibilities, and periods.

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in the digitalization of industrial processes.

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in manufacturing and industrial construction processes.

• Demonstrable experience applying project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, RMP, or similar).

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and industrial process analysis.

• Ability to interact autonomously with plant users and technical teams, prepare documentation, and coordinate deliverables and risks.

• Having participated with direct responsibility in complete implementations in factory or logistics, from initial analysis and testing to Go-Live and stabilization; experience in deployments across multiple areas or centers.

• Practical experience in AS-IS/TO-BE, process maps, GAP Analysis, functional specifications, UAT, change management, and contingency plans.

• Functional knowledge of SAP ERP and its relationship with production operations; familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, mobile applications, and data integration.

• Experience validating production data, orders, operations, assignments, and access, and coordinating devices and connectivity.

• Experience in industry; tracking tools such as Jira, Excel, and project planning.

We are looking for a Industrial Digital Deployment and Processes Manager to expand one of our teams in Ferrol in the public sector in an on-site modality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Directly analyzing manufacturing processes, actors, workstations, subcontractors, orders, and operations on-site, identifying variants, exceptions, and critical points; documenting AS-IS and defining TO-BE with operational managers.
• Performing GAP Analysis between the operations of each workshop and the capabilities of the solution; classifying configuration needs, process changes, evolutions, integrations, and training.
• Gathering and documenting functional requirements, business rules, use cases, acceptance criteria, and priorities; maintaining traceability between need, development, testing, and acceptance.
• Identifying data necessary for each deployment (manufacturing orders, operations, workstations, assignments, companies, users, permissions, and statuses), their sources, and responsible parties; coordinating quality controls and validating their correspondence with the reality on the plant floor.
• Designing the deployment roadmap by areas and waves and the specific implementation plans: scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, critical path, devices, access, communications, training, and contingencies.
• Coordinating production managers, users, SAP teams, development, infrastructure, support, and providers to resolve dependencies and prepare each production entry.
• Defining and coordinating functional tests, UAT, and end-to-end walkthroughs with real users; documenting evidence, defects, and Go/No-Go criteria; supporting Go-Live and stabilization.
• Proactively managing risks, incidents, changes, and blockers: recording and prioritizing findings, investigating root causes, anticipating dependencies, and transforming lessons learned from the pilot into preventive controls and reusable preparation checklists for subsequent waves.
• Preparing progress reports and corrective actions, functional documentation, operating procedures, guides, and training materials; measuring adoption and closing each deployment with lessons learned.
