The role

We are looking for a Production/Process Manager for a company specializing in the development of high-value-added products for the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will lead the coordination between Engineering and Production, as well as the operational and strategic management of the plant.

What you'll do

The main objective of the selected person will be to direct productive activity and optimize the relationship between the development and production departments. To this end, the following functions will be performed:

Operational and strategic management of production.
Lead the coordination between the different product disciplines.
Supervise planning and establish order of priorities.
Collaborate in the manufacturing feasibility and viability analyses of equipment.
Collaborate in process improvement.
Manage the human team.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected profile must meet the following requirements:

Engineering degree.
Consolidated experience in production/process management.
Ability to manage projects and people.
Experience in product development environments.
Advanced level of English.
Residency in Bizkaia.
