We are looking for a Construction and Transition to Operations Supervisor (MV electricity) to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

What you'll do

Comprehensive project supervision.
On-site supervision: daily control of contractors and OEMs (MV cabling and cubicles), verifying execution according to design, specifications, and regulations. Includes work in live electrical rooms and coordination of concurrent activities.
MOP / PTW and safety: review and approval of MOPs, supervision of critical maneuvers (energization, MV isolation), and verification of PPE, signage, and work permits.
Electrical commissioning: supervision of testing, review of test scripts, FAT/SAT and results, and validation of availability before energization.
Transition and handover (HOTO): development and monitoring of transition plans, and ensuring that documentation (as-built, Cx, O&M manuals) is complete to operate from day one.
Risk management: identification of technical and operational risks, mitigation plans, escalation to management, and monitoring of incidents and lessons learned.
Stakeholder coordination: liaison with Operations, project teams, contractors, and OEMs.
