What you'll do

  • Review the manufacturing and packaging documentation of batches, verifying their correct completion and compliance with current procedures.
  • Detect, manage, and track errors, discrepancies, and documentary incidents, coordinating the necessary actions with Production, Quality, and other areas to ensure the closure of batches on time.
  • Perform the activities required in SAP for the closure of manufacturing and packaging orders.
  • Verify batch records, logbooks, equipment records, and production forms, ensuring compliance with Data Integrity principles.
  • Provide support to line personnel on documentary issues and promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and a culture of quality.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and operators to prevent documentary errors and improve the quality of records from their origin.
