We are currently looking for a Production Documentation Technician - TEMPORARY in Alcalá de Henares.

As a Production Documentation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct review of the documentation generated during the manufacturing and packaging processes, guaranteeing the quality, traceability, and integrity of production records, as well as the closing of batches within the established deadlines to contribute to the fulfillment of product release objectives.

We are looking for a person with extensive experience in production lines and a deep knowledge of production processes, GMP documentation, and the day-to-day operations of the plant, who wants to continue developing their career within the organization.

• Review the manufacturing and packaging documentation of batches, verifying their correct completion and compliance with current procedures.
• Detect, manage, and track errors, discrepancies, and documentary incidents, coordinating the necessary actions with Production, Quality, and other areas to ensure the closure of batches on time.
• Perform the activities required in SAP for the closure of manufacturing and packaging orders.
• Verify batch records, logbooks, equipment records, and production forms, ensuring compliance with Data Integrity principles.
• Provide support to line personnel on documentary issues and promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and a culture of quality.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators to prevent documentary errors and improve the quality of records from their origin.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the document review process and participate in the implementation of improvement actions and electronic batch record systems (EBR/MES/TRAKSYS).

• Vocational training, high school diploma, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing and/or packaging processes, GMP documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Basic handling of computer tools and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in batch document review and handling of SAP, DELTAV, EBR/MES/TRAKSYS, or other production systems.
• Attention to detail, documentary rigor, and quality orientation.
• Analytical skills, incident resolution, and priority management.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and ability to transmit knowledge to operational teams.
