Electromechanical Technician

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity, Electronics, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, construction of tooling, verifiers, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of 3D mechanical design with SolidWorks.
• Experience in wiring, soldering, and manufacturing of electrical harnesses.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Basic knowledge of programming and commissioning of electronic equipment.
• Experience performing small machining and workshop adjustments.
• Ability to work autonomously, in an organized and decisive manner.
• Availability for occasional travel within the province of Barcelona.

• Knowledge of Altium Designer.
• Experience in SolidWorks
• Experience in additive manufacturing and 3D printing.
• Handling of workshop tools and machinery such as lathes and milling machines.
• Experience in programming or burning microcontrollers and electronic circuits.
• Previous experience in validation, testing, or manufacturing environments for electronic verifiers.

We are currently selecting an Electromechanical Tooling and Verifier Technician to join one of our main clients located in the Barcelona area.

• Design and modification of tooling, verifiers, and small mechanical assemblies.
• Complete electromechanical assembly of verifiers and test equipment.
• Manufacturing and assembly of electrical harnesses, wiring, connectors, and electronic components.
• Interpretation of mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Carrying out small machining operations, adjustment, and adaptation of parts in the workshop.
• Welding work and assembly of mechanical and electronic components.
• Programming and burning of electronic circuits for the commissioning of equipment.
• Setup, functional testing, and diagnosis of electromechanical faults.
• Management of technical incidents and monitoring of faults in equipment and verifiers.
• Coordination with suppliers for the purchase and monitoring of materials and components.
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation associated with projects.
• Technical support and carrying out adjustments or modifications on equipment installed at client sites.
