What we're looking for

Essential requirements:

STEM degrees (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Dual degrees with a STEM major or degrees such as Business Administration, Finance, and Law with STEM specializations.
Strong interest in learning the tools most used by clients, such as Office, Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP, and Jira.
Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2)

Nice to have

We will value if you have:

Master's degree and/or postgraduate studies
Certifications in IT-related areas such as: Scrum, ITIL, PMP, Lean, IT Governance, ServiceNow, Power BI.

Soft Skills:

Ability to work as a team and contribute.
Responsibility for the work performed and a sense of belonging to both the project and the team.
Communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
Client and goal orientation.
Adaptability and flexibility.
