MISSION

Perform tasks related to receiving visitors, handling calls, and support tasks at the work centers, in accordance with Cetelem's internal regulations and the instructions of your superior, with the objective of offering an adequate service and providing support to the various business activities at the work centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·Carry out the reception, attention, and information of visitors.

·Reception of switchboard calls (external and internal).

·Perform light After-sales services (Sevilla, Valladolid).

·Manage the reception of courier and mail. Registering documents received by courier. Controlling delivery notes. Performing classification for distribution.

·Carry out the reception of documentation from the legal, claims, and HR departments, and forward it scanned to the corresponding department (Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcalá).

·Manage courier requests and orders (including international at Headquarters). Prepare shipments for collection services. Register shipments made.

·Perform the control and maintenance of the rooms (Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcalá).

·Detect, communicate, and follow up on Real Estate incidents (Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcalá).

·Warehouse and archive management (Alcalá)
