At this time, we are looking to hire in Madrid our future Global Banker Construction, Infra & TMT to take the business to the next level for our Construction, Infra & TMT Unit within the Corporate Banking Division.

Your main mission will be to comprehensively manage a personal and diversified portfolio of corporate clients and potential clients within the assigned economic activity sectors, in accordance with the guidelines of the Head of Industry and the Commercial Plan, acting as the person responsible for the ordinary relationship and the commercial development of your portfolio, with responsibility for achieving the established revenue, profitability, cross-selling, and risk management objectives.

What you will do in your day-to-day...

Your main duties will include:

• You will directly manage the global relationship with assigned clients and potential clients, maintaining regular dialogue with Financial Management, Treasury, Corporate Finance, and the heads of the areas linked to each operation.
• You will define and execute the Strategic Plan for each client, in both its commercial and risk dimensions, incorporating a comprehensive vision of the economic group, its financial needs, business potential, and cross-selling objectives.
• You will be responsible for achieving the revenue, profitability, investment, cross-selling, and risk evolution objectives established for your portfolio, performing periodic monitoring of their fulfillment.
• You will identify, develop, and channel business opportunities suited to your clients' needs, coordinating with product areas and participating in the structuring and execution of complex operations when appropriate.
• You will acquire new clients within the assigned sector, in accordance with commercial priorities and the risk appetite defined for each industry.
• You will prepare and coordinate commercial proposals and pitches for the clients in your portfolio, integrating contributions from product areas and ensuring the quality, coherence, and competitiveness of the value proposition.
• You will coordinate with Risk the preparation, presentation, and monitoring of the files corresponding to your clients, ensuring coherence between the commercial strategy, the structure of the operations, and the risk profile.
• You will coordinate the structuring, negotiation, approval, and execution of the operations in your portfolio, mobilizing the necessary internal areas and monitoring the agreed milestones.
• You will monitor the pipeline of your portfolio, driving the progress of opportunities, anticipating obstacles, and ensuring the execution of agreed actions.
• You will coordinate the international actions corresponding to the clients in your own portfolio together with OFEX and the EMEA Coverage teams, contributing to a single view of the client and to the capture of cross-border opportunities.
• You will support the Head of Industry in identifying sectoral trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing knowledge derived from the relationship with your clients and market evolution.
• You will present and monitor the clients and operations of your portfolio in the corresponding commercial, sectoral, and risk bodies.
• You will facilitate the participation and technical development of Senior Managers/Managers and Analysts in the operations and clients of your portfolio.
