Client Manager Internship

MISSION

The intern is under the responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager and works within the Customer Service Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remittance management: Support in the loading and tracking of purchases, as well as the receipt and validation of the same.
• Documentary control and compliance: Verification that remittance documentation complies with what is established in the contracts and support to RMs and managers in updating client data in the CRM and other administrative tasks.
• Limit and risk management: Support for managers in monitoring the portfolio for risk reporting, including requesting limit arbitrations with the insurer for debtors and limits for end-of-quarter specific transactions.
• Client communication: Participation in client meetings and sending notification letters to debtors (via certified mail or registered mail).
• Operational and administrative support: Comprehensive assistance to managers and RMs in portfolio management tasks, documentation, and various administrative processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Studies

Final-year student of Finance, Economics and/or Business Administration.

• Experience

No prior experience required.

• Languages

  English (written and spoken) advanced level.

SKILLS

• Technical

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (macros, etc).
