RESPONSIBILITIES
o Contacting customers who need to update their personal data or documentation and who are required by the Centralized KYC, Compliance team, or as a result of the processing of Unusual Transactions.
o Processing Financial Security alerts through the tools intended for this purpose (SENTINEL, Vigilance, and Factiva queries)
o Transferring alerts with the greatest possible speed to the KYC Operational or Compliance team, as appropriate, that may arise from their contact or verification of the alerts
o Compliance with the processing deadline for Financial Security alerts.
