At Bon Preu, we are launching a new Bakery Workshop in Palafrugell, a strategic production center from which we will centralize the production of bakery products that will subsequently be distributed to establishments in the area.

We are looking for a person with experience in production environments, leadership capacity, and a passion for food quality. You will be part of a pioneering project and will have a key role in its consolidation and growth.

As the Bakery Workshop Manager, you will be the person responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the daily operation of the workshop, combining team management with active participation in the production of products.

• You will organize and coordinate the daily activity of the workshop.
• You will plan production according to the needs of the establishments.
• You will actively participate in the production of bakery products.
• You will manage product orders and their follow-up.
• You will coordinate requests and orders made by the different centers.
• You will supervise the correct handling, preparation, and dispatch of products.
• You will monitor stocks and ensure an optimal level of raw materials and products.
• You will ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards.
• You will maintain fluid communication with the expert bakery team to resolve incidents and drive improvements.
• You will supervise the order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the facilities.
• You will drive continuous improvement actions to optimize production processes.

✅ Full-time 40-hour week in a fixed night shift (10 PM to 6 AM), ideal if you are looking for schedule stability and better organization of your personal time. Additionally, you will enjoy a rotating schedule that will allow you to have more days off: one week you will work 5 nights and the next 6 nights, with rotating days off during the week.
