Our purpose as recruitment technicians at Bon Preu is to identify quality talent that adapts to the values and needs of the company, offering a positive experience to candidates and positioning the company as an attractive place to work. Through proactive initiatives, we want to convey the values and culture of the Bon Preu Group, creating a bond that provides differential value to both internal and external clients.

Additionally:

• You will manage the creation and updating of job descriptions together with the internal client.
• You will get to know the reality of the internal client and their needs to offer them the best service.
• You will analyze the competition, the labor market, the employment situation, and recruitment trends to identify opportunities and make our offers more attractive.
• You will also gain an in-depth knowledge of the Bon Preu project to convey it to candidates.
• You will analyze recruitment indicators and make decisions based on data.
• You will understand the reasons for turnover to identify opportunities for improvement.
• You will anticipate hiring needs to offer a proactive service.
• You will offer a positive service experience to the internal client, keeping them informed of the status of the processes and providing valuable data and information.
• You will manage the publication of job offers, selecting the most suitable channels for each need, analyzing their results, and seeking alternatives to attract the right talent.
• You will propose solutions and alternatives to incorporate the necessary talent.
• You will follow up on new hires to ensure good integration.
• You will perform CV screening and plan process calendars to ensure agile communication with candidates.
• You will contact candidates, analyze their profiles, and assess their fit for the position through individual interviews, group dynamics, and other selection tools.
• You will prepare reports and candidate assessments.
• You will build relationships of trust with the internal client with the aim of providing value and becoming a strategic partner.
• You will participate in job fairs, workshops, and talent acquisition events.
• You will offer an experience to candidates throughout the entire selection process.
• You will drive employer branding actions and actively participate in initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.
• You will manage the relationship and coordination with ETTs (Temporary Employment Agencies).
