• Experience in leading technical teams. Experience in managing Microcomputing and Workplace services. Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint Online environments.
• Ability to lead technological transformation projects.
• Service and user experience orientation.
• Strategic vision combined with execution capacity. Communication, coordination, and provider management skills.

• Valuable experience in process automation, Power Platform, and artificial intelligence solutions is a plus.

You will be the person responsible for guaranteeing a quality service to users, leading the Microcomputing team, and driving the continuous evolution of the company's digital work environment.

You will have a key role in the definition and execution of the Modern Workplace strategy, ensuring that technologies, processes, and services respond to current and future business needs.

• You will lead and develop the Microcomputing team, promoting professional growth and a culture oriented towards service excellence.
• You will manage corporate devices and services associated with the digital workplace, ensuring their correct operation.
• You will coordinate external providers and ensure compliance with established service levels.
• You will define and execute the company's Modern Workplace strategy, aligning it with business needs.
• You will lead the technological evolution of solutions such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
• You will drive and govern the management of the organization's Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
• You will identify and lead digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• You will guarantee the quality of services, the security of work environments, and their correct adaptation to user and business needs.
• You will lead cross-functional technological projects with a direct impact on the digital experience of employees.
• You will drive the adoption of new artificial intelligence technologies, especially solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other generative AI and automation tools.
• You will promote the adoption and efficient use of digital tools by teams, favoring a modern, secure, and productive user experience.
• You will monitor the service and performance indicators of the area, proposing continuous improvement actions to ensure operational excellence.
