• It would be ideal to have training as a Higher Technician in OHS in the 3 preventive specialties and knowledge of 45001 management systems.

• It would also be ideal to have a B1 driving license and a good command of the Office suite.

• Availability to travel to centers located in Catalonia and Aragon.

The position of Occupational Risk Prevention Technician aims to guarantee effective, close preventive management adapted to the reality of our centers, contributing to a safe and healthy working environment in both commercial establishments and logistics platforms of the Bon Preu Group.

The person joining will act as a technical reference and preventive advisor for the assigned centers, combining regulatory rigor with a practical view of day-to-day operations. Their role will be key to anticipating risks, supporting teams and managers, and driving a preventive culture integrated into the business activity, especially in environments with machinery, logistics, load handling and high operational activity.

• You will manage the occupational risk prevention of the assigned centers, both commercial establishments and logistics platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance and the application of good preventive practices.

• You will plan and carry out control visits, monitoring, and preventive advice at the centers, adapting actions to the operational reality of each environment. And you will monitor that these are carried out.

• You will design, review, and monitor risk assessments, with a special focus on logistics environments, use of machinery, load handling, and operational processes. You will analyze and investigate workplace accidents and possible occupational diseases, preparing reports and proposing preventive and corrective measures.

• You will prepare specific technical reports (lighting measurements, temperatures, ergonomic studies, accident cause analysis, preventive improvements, ).

• You will provide support in managing the coordination of preventive activities to guarantee safe workplaces.

• You will design and update procedures, protocols, and work instructions.

• You will advise and support center managers regarding prevention, works, space modifications, or the introduction of new processes.

• You will coordinate activity with External Prevention Services, the accident insurance mutual, and other external preventive agents.

• You will plan and participate in drills, self-protection plans, and preventive activities at the centers.

• You will monitor OHS training actions and the degree of preventive compliance of the assigned centers.

• You will actively participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the ISO 45001 Management System.
