We are looking for a person with an interest in IT systems, analytical capacity, and a desire to understand how logistics processes work to join the Transport and Warehouse Management Systems team.

You will be the technical point of reference within the logistics platform, providing support to daily operations, resolving incidents, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes so that everything functions efficiently.

🔍DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSION WILL BE?

You will be part of the Transport and Warehouse Management Systems team, where you will have a key role in the correct functioning of the systems that support logistics operations. You will be the technical reference within the platform to identify incidents, provide support to operational teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Your work will help ensure that the flow of goods develops efficiently, ensuring the quality of information and the continuity of daily activity.

• You will manage and provide support in the use of the warehouse management system (WMS), ensuring the correct functioning of logistics operations.

• You will learn the warehouse operational flows and their configuration within the system to guarantee efficient operations.

• You will detect, analyze, and resolve incidents related to the entry, movement, and exit of goods derived from the daily activity of the platform.

• You will provide technical support to operational teams in the use of computer systems and work tools.

• You will collaborate with different departments to guarantee data quality and the continuity of logistics processes.

• You will participate in continuous improvement projects for processes and in the implementation of new system functionalities and procedures.

• You will become a reference person in the resolution of incidents linked to operations and warehouse management systems.

• You will contribute to the logistics platform functioning in an agile, efficient manner and aligned with business needs.
