The role

What you'll do

• Obtain an overview of the purchasing processes of the Robert Bosch Madrid division (ATMO2)
• Prepare documentation for material contributions to machining suppliers
• Prepare lists of shortages and learn the priorities of the spare parts business
• Manage machining claims to suppliers
• Confirm and follow up on order delivery dates in SAP
• Record ratios/discounts in SAP
• Monitor status in ZTMON (SAP)
• Act as an interlocutor with the BSO, Service, and Warehouse departments for the spare parts business
• Prepare comparisons of offers from machining suppliers
• Request machining and electrical offers
• Negotiate and issue machining orders
• Upload offer prices and update payment terms in SAP
• Collect, issue, and send LEB evaluations (Supplier Surveys) to machining suppliers
• Perform annual inventory counts

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel at an advanced level
• Use of 2D (Autocad) and 3D (Inventor) drawing programs, selection of materials and treatments or coatings
• Technical degree or Business Administration and Management.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining (desirable)
• Basic knowledge of parts manufacturing (desirable)
• English B2 level and German preferred
• Extroverted and organized character, as there is a lot of talking/contacting with suppliers
