Spare Parts Coordination Internship in Purchasing

• Master purchasing and logistics processes: You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how Bosch Manufacturing Solutions manages its purchasing and logistics operations. You will work directly with our purchasing team to learn industry best practices and familiarize yourself with end-to-end supply chain workflows.
• Coordinate part documentation and supplier relationships: You will learn to prepare and organize documentation for material deliveries to our machining suppliers. This role will enhance your communication skills and help you establish valuable professional relationships with key supply chain partners.
• Support real manufacturing projects: Contribute to real production workflows by ensuring accurate part coordination and documentation. This activity will provide you with tangible experience that can stand out to future employers.
• Develop your technical knowledge: Apply your technical knowledge in a practical environment, working with industry-standard tools and processes. Meanwhile, you will receive guidance from highly experienced professionals.
• Collaborate with different cross-functional teams: including engineering, manufacturing, and supplier management, thereby expanding your vision of how different departments collaborate with one another.

• Currently studying a Degree in Business Administration and Management with an interest in the industrial sector, Industrial Organization Engineering, or Industrial Technologies Engineering. 
• Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel at an advanced level.
• Use of 2D drawing software (Autocad) and 3D (Inventor), material selection, and treatments or coatings.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of part manufacturing (desirable).
• Languages: Bilingual Spanish, intermediate English (B2) and, desirably, German.
• Extroverted and organized character; there is a need for frequent communication/contact with suppliers.

• Start date: immediate
• Duration: 6 months
• Working day: full-time (35 hours per week)
• Compensation: €700 gross per month
