Functions:

What you'll do

• Handling databases for logistics planning

• Verification of direct and indirect material invoices (workflows) in cooperation with the accounting department

• Regular contact (in German, English, and Spanish) with suppliers and external carriers

• Management and control of logistics movements in SAP for consignment materials

• Collaboration in the registration of supplier delivery notes in SAP

• Active participation in logistics Daily Management

• Management and control of logistics irregularities and anomalies

• Issuance of receipt certificates for the European Union

• Calculation and analysis of Key Performance Indicators
