The role

Do you have experience managing shipments from start to finish? Do you master international logistics and want to continue growing in a new project? At Randstad Professional, we are looking for you!

What you'll do

Register and manage purchase and sales orders in the ERP.
Ensure the correct transfer of information to the billing systems and the order book.
Track orders and update the defined control tools.
Verify the correct entry of inventory movements in the ERP.
Provide support in controlling available stock and its consistency with orders and deliveries.
Collaborate with the areas involved in resolving incidents related to inventory.
Prepare and manage the logistics documentation associated with orders (invoices, credit and debit notes, delivery notes, transport documents, customs documentation, and quality-related documentation).
Verify that the documentation is complete and correctly issued.
Organize and archive closed order files, guaranteeing their traceability.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal areas to ensure the correct flow of goods.
Provide support in the management and tracking of logistics incidents.
Maintain fluid communication with the areas involved in the logistics process.

Requirements

Training in Logistics or international trade.
Good proficiency in Excel.
Experience and knowledge of customs and incoterms.
B2 level of English
Application of AI to automate tasks is valued.
We value previous experience in B2B environments and regulated sectors.
