Do you want to take your first steps in Human Resources within a leading company in the hospitality sector?

At Hesperia World, we are looking to hire an HR Administration Intern who wants to develop their career in the Personnel Administration area, participating in the main people management processes of a hotel company with national and international presence. Our mission focuses on excellence in people management and development.

You will be part of the corporate Human Resources team, collaborating in the administrative management of employees and interns at our hotels and headquarters, acquiring a comprehensive vision of HR processes.

✅ Management of labor documentation and personnel files.

✅ Support in recruitment and onboarding processes.

✅ Support in the preparation and management of contracts and administrative documentation.

✅ Updating and maintenance of employee databases.

✅ Monitoring of absences, vacations, and personnel movements.

✅ Attention and support to employees regarding administrative inquiries.

✅ Participation in projects for the improvement and digitalization of HR processes.

🎓 Student of Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or similar.

📄 Possibility of formalizing an internship agreement.

💻 Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

🌍 English level is a plus.
