Agricultural Commercial Operations Assistant

• Support commercial and grain origination activities alongside the Trading team.
• Participate in warehouse management, logistics operations, and grain movement.
• Monitor stock levels, contracts, and commercial transactions.
• Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and other key players in the agricultural sector.
• Analyze market information, prices, harvests, and sector trends.
• Participate in field visits to gain first-hand knowledge of agricultural production.
• Work cross-functionally with the Operations, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and data management.

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
• Interest in agriculture, grain markets, and the commercial environment.
• Analytical profile, with the ability to turn data into conclusions and actions.
• Strong command of Excel and business management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the agricultural area.
• Sufficient English proficiency to operate in an international environment.

• Dar soporte a las actividades comerciales y de originación de grano junto al equipo de Trading.
• Participar en la gestión de almacenes, operaciones logísticas y movimiento de mercancías.
• Realizar el seguimiento de stocks, contratos y transacciones comerciales.
• Colaborar con agricultores, proveedores y otros actores clave del sector agrícola.
• Analizar información de mercado, precios, cosechas y tendencias del sector.
• Participar en visitas de campo para conocer de primera mano la realidad de la producción agrícola.
• Trabajar de forma transversal con los equipos de Operaciones, Logística y Calidad.
