They are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements:

Education related to food quality and safety, such as a university degree, bachelor's degree, or higher-level training program in the food industry.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality within the food industry.

Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP systems, prerequisite programs, IFS Food, and ISO 22000.

Practical experience in plant controls and production monitoring.

Ability to manage non-conformances, traceability, non-conforming products, and corrective actions.

Valid type B driver's license.

Additionally, the following will be valued:

Experience leading teams or coordinating production personnel.

Training as an internal auditor.

Experience in preparing for IFS Food and ISO 22000 audits.

Responsibilities include

Main responsibilities will include

Supervising and managing food quality and safety systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Implementing and maintaining HACCP systems and prerequisite programs, working on continuous process improvement.

Performing plant controls and production monitoring, ensuring product quality at every stage.

Managing non-conformances, non-conforming products, and traceability, proposing effective corrective actions.

Preparing and coordinating internal and external audits related to IFS Food and ISO 22000.

Collaborating with the production team to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Promoting training and awareness among staff on good quality and food safety practices.

Evaluating opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
