About the role

From Ananda HR Solutions, we are looking for an Industrial Quality Manager – ISO 9001 to join a company in the industrial sector dedicated to manufacturing electrical equipment and materials, located in Algete, Madrid.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality and manufacturing processes, with a very active presence on the plant floor and direct contact with production, workshop, and the technical office.

We are looking for a practical, decisive profile with technical judgment, capable of detecting deviations, analyzing their root causes, and taking measures to prevent them from recurring.

What you'll do

Carrying out quality controls directly on the production lines and at the machine.

Verifying first articles and validating production start-ups.

Interpreting technical drawings and checking dimensions and specifications.

Using industrial metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and thickness meters.

Detecting and managing non-conforming products.

Analyzing root causes of incidents together with production.

Managing non-conformities related to materials, electrical components, and manufacturing processes.

Supervising the correct calibration and use of measuring equipment.

Conducting process audits directly on the plant floor.

Checking compliance with procedures and technical data sheets.

Creating self-inspection guidelines for production teams.

Coordinating with the technical office to transfer changes or specifications to the factory.

Preparing reports on rejections, incidents, and non-quality costs.

Participating in the implementation and follow-up of ISO 9001:2015.

Requirements

What profile are we looking for?

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in quality within industrial environments.

Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Experience in metrology and interpretation of technical drawings.

Handling of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.

Experience in managing non-conformities and problem-solving.

Ability to lead, correct deviations, and make decisions on the plant floor.

Decisive, firm profile with strong coordination skills.

Training in Industrial Engineering or a related field will be valued, although it is not an exclusive requirement.

Profiles without a university degree but with proven solid experience in industrial quality will also be considered.
