What we're looking for

Experience in positions related to infrastructure, facilities, construction, or technical project management of significant scale.
Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects, including schedule, budget, and supplier control.
Experience in team management and coordination.
Ability to identify needs, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of technical regulations, risk prevention, and safety applicable to facilities and projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with suppliers, technical teams, and different areas of the organization.

Nice to have

Previous experience in clubs, entities, or facilities within the sports sector will be positively valued.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise renovation, construction, adaptation, and improvement projects for the Club's facilities.
Carry out comprehensive project monitoring, from initial planning to execution, commissioning, and closure.
Coordinate external companies, suppliers, technicians, engineering firms, and other stakeholders involved in the projects.
Supervise compliance with established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Identify improvement needs and propose technical solutions that support the conservation, functionality, and evolution of the infrastructure.
Coordinate the necessary actions to ensure the proper operation of the facilities.
Maintain an overall view of the maintenance, conservation, and renovation needs of the different spaces.
Manage and coordinate the team and maintenance managers reporting to this position.
Act as the point of contact with the different areas of the Club when actions are required in their spaces.
Ensure compliance with current regulations and applicable technical, preventive, and safety requirements.
