At Caetano, the largest official dealership group in the Iberian Peninsula, we continue to grow. We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to manage registrations, commercial files, and stock at one of our reference centers.

What you'll do

Support for the sales team in the operational and documentary administrative processes related to sales: contracts, orders, payments, and registration.
Coordination with internal departments: Logistics, Commercial Management, Accounting.
Control and filing of documentation.
Direct support to the sales team in administrative tasks, and follow-up of operations.
Preparation of reports and briefings.
Telephone assistance and customer support when necessary.
