What you'll do

  • Development and evolution of the acquiring value proposition for merchants, adapting it to different customer typologies and sectors of activity.

  • Definition of the development roadmap for the business vertical, prioritization of initiatives, and coordination of key projects with the technology and operations areas.

  • Comprehensive management of the acquiring vertical, including monitoring the profit and loss (P&L) and the main business KPIs, identifying levers for growth and efficiency.

  • Drive and development of the Value-Added Services offering for merchants, promoting its adoption and contribution to customer recurrence and engagement.

  • Negotiation and management of agreements with technology providers of acceptance solutions, ensuring competitiveness, quality of service, and alignment with the entity's strategy.

  • Coordination with the various distribution channels to ensure the correct positioning of the acquiring offering and its adequate commercialization.

  • Definition and management of customer events throughout the lifecycle, oriented toward maximizing portfolio value, activation, and retention.

  • Identification and management of operational risks intrinsic to the business, in coordination with the operations, technology, and internal control areas.
