What we're looking for

What do we need from you?

University studies, preferably in Business Administration or Economics.
Knowledge of working capital finance products, especially Factoring, for more than 10 years.
Ability to support product commercialization, accompanying the network in structuring operations and resolving technical queries.
Experience or knowledge in the analysis of financial operations and risk management.
Ability to interpret economic-financial information from clients and debtors, structure information, and prepare clear reports.
Experience in operational management environments and coordination between areas (office, risk, BO, etc.). Good command of Office tools and analytical capacity.

Nice to have

Previous experience in Middle Office, risk, or corporate working capital at a Factoring company for more than 10 years.
Experience in commercial or client-facing environments, adding value in the definition of financing solutions.
Knowledge of end-to-end product processes (commercialization, processing, granting, and formalization).
Communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Orientation toward detail, order, and control.
Proactivity and capacity to learn.

The role

At Banco Cooperativo de Crédito, we are looking to hire a Specialized Finance Middle Office professional.

What you'll do

Support for the commercialization of the factoring product, providing technical support to the network in identifying opportunities, defining the most suitable solution (type of factoring, conditions, etc.), and accompanying the interaction with the client when necessary.
Analysis and structuring of operations, including the review of documentation, analysis, and the preparation of the technical report as a basis for decision-making.
Supervision and monitoring of line operations, analyzing the use of financing, detecting deviations from what was approved, and anticipating possible risks or client needs.
Control of risk, debtor behavior, and incidents, through the analysis of collections, defaults, concentrations, profitability, and operational incidents, identifying patterns and proposing improvement actions.
