At Banco Cooperativo de Crédito, we are looking to hire Labor Relations Specialist Technical Staff.

• • Legal-labor advisory to the People Department and handling of inquiries on this matter formulated by employees, managers, and other areas, developing criteria, reports, and responses on matters related to the employment relationship, working conditions, permits, reconciliation measures, contracting, mobility, leaves of absence, and other labor-related issues.
  • Preparation, review, processing, and filing of communications, requirements, agreements, disciplinary files, reports, and other labor documentation.
  • Support in the management of contract terminations, modifications of working conditions, and other actions, including the preparation, control, and monitoring of associated documentation.
  • Coordination, monitoring, and administrative support of labor judicial proceedings, acting as a liaison with internal and external counsel and gathering necessary documentation and information.
  • Management, preparation, and handling of Labor Inspection proceedings and other administrative procedures in labor matters, including requirements, allegations, and monitoring of files.
  • Participation in the application, interpretation, and monitoring of the collective agreement, company agreements, and other internal labor regulations, providing technical-legal support to the different areas.
  • Advisory and technical support in matters related to the legal representation of workers, including the preparation of reports, criteria, communications, labor documentation, and monitoring of agreements.
  • Participation in cross-functional projects of the People Department, providing a legal-labor vision from the initial phases and collaborating in the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of the measures adopted.
