What we're looking for

Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager with at least 5 years of experience in roles related to the agile delivery context of software solutions, with fluent French, who are very passionate about technology and interested in being part of a high-tech talent ecosystem, in a multicultural environment, and in an active, dynamic, and open culture.

You have more than 5 years of relevant professional experience in technological project management, Delivery Management, or Agile leadership in software development environments.

Project and delivery management: Experience leading complex technological projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and budget monitoring.

Agile Methodologies: Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, as well as experience driving continuous improvement processes and organizational evolution.

Team leadership: Ability to build high-performance teams, facilitate collaboration, resolve impediments, and support the professional development of team members.

Stakeholder Management: Experience managing relationships with clients, sponsors, business stakeholders, and technological managers in international environments.

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle: Understanding of the different phases of the Software Development Lifecycle and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, QA, Cloud, and DevOps teams.

Governance and reporting: Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs, preparing executive reports, risk management, and participation in governance mechanisms.

Planning and capacity: Experience in capacity planning, resource allocation, and coordination of multiple teams or initiatives.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage complex situations, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Fluent French to communicate with teams and clients on a regular basis. A good level of English will also be valued.

Analytical capacity and problem-solving: Ability to make data-driven decisions, manage uncertainty, and resolve complex situations in a structured manner.

Nice to have

Valuable certifications: Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile Leadership, PMP, or equivalent certifications related to project management and Agile leadership.

The role

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in leading technological projects and services. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects for international clients (French-speaking market), ensuring that client needs are transformed into high-value solutions delivered within the committed scope, on time, within budget, and with the expected quality levels.

You will be the main delivery point of reference for the client and for ADCenter Spain, combining Agile leadership, project management, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

In our teams, an Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technological initiatives, combining project management capabilities, Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and operational coordination. You will actively participate in the definition and evolution of processes, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the development of high-performance teams.

Additionally, you will build relationships of trust with clients, teams, and business units, promoting a culture based on transparency, collaboration, autonomy, and continuous value generation.

What you'll do

  • Delivery management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technological projects and services, guaranteeing compliance with scope, deadlines, budget, and quality. Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Client and stakeholder management: Build relationships of trust with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, provide continuous visibility on the status of initiatives, and lead follow-up and governance meetings.
  • Agile Leadership: Drive the adoption of Agile and Lean practices, facilitating collaboration between business and technology. Define and evolve processes, ceremonies, working models, and governance mechanisms when necessary.
  • Team coordination: Work alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and predictable, sustainable delivery.
  • Team development: Facilitate the onboarding of new members, support the professional growth of teams, and foster collaborative and high-performance working environments.
  • Organizational leadership: Actively participate in internal Agile communities, share best practices, and contribute to transformation and improvement initiatives within the Agile Delivery Center Spain.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify optimization opportunities in processes, tools, and ways of working. Promote a culture based on metrics, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
